One can’t seem to escape the constant attacks on prayer and Christianity across a wide variety of television shows, but it appears the attacks are becoming more frequent lately. In an interesting twist that was at times humorous (It’s funny because it’s true!) while at others insulting, HBO’s hit comedy Silicon Valley flipped the script on gays and Christianity and admitted to the hatred Christians endure, especially on the left coast, by having a gay character come out of the closet as a Christian.

It’s rare to see Hollywood depict Christianity or Christian prayer in a good light, but CBS’s Young Sheldon came close this week.
