As with most streaming shows of late, at least the ones that try to be edgy (which means pretty much all of them), it takes a minute to process what you’ve watched sometimes. Such is the case with Netflix’s Lady Dynamite which so far tops the list of confusing and bizarre streaming shows.

CBS’s Monday, November 27 episode of Superior Donuts, “Flour Power,” was filled with liberal lectures on political correctness, with particular attention paid to racism, “homophobia,” and sexism. Of course, hate is wrong in any form, but as we know, the leftist PC police tend to go overboard with what they deem unacceptable behavior, and this episode was no exception.

The media love to push sexuality onto audiences, using entertainment to make it seem attractive. But what if those in entertainment don’t want to play into a progressive narrative?

Season three of Jane the Virgin was disappointing to me in its heavy-handed political content, and season four looks like it's going to hit us over the head with even more social justice storylines. The November 10 episode, "Chapter Sixty-Nine" was big on sexuality and all the buzzwords that come with it in 2017.

On Wednesday morning, MSNBC hosts Stephanie Ruhle and Ali Velshi not only gloated over the defeat of Virginia Republican Delegate Bob Marshall by transgender Democratic candidate Danica Roem, but Ruhle even declared that, when Democratic candidate Chris Hurst unseated another Republican incumbent who had been supported by the NRA, it was a "win for America."

Much to the joy of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat had one of its teenage characters officially “come out” as a lesbian on the Wednesday, November 7 episode, “A League of Her Own.”

So far Fox’s The Exorcist has been flying just below the radar with its new season. However, considering its previous slip-ups regarding the Catholic faith, it was bound to mess up sooner or later. I am sad to report that this week is that time.
