On Wednesday, NBC’s Today and CBS This Morning both hailed liberal protesters “sounding off” at congressional town hall meetings “to put the breaks on President Trump's agenda” and giving Republican lawmakers an “earful.” In 2009, the same networks warned similar public meetings were “getting out of hand” when “unruly” Tea Party demonstrators spoke out against the Obama administration.   

The journalists at CBS This Morning on Wednesday openly fretted that Donald Trump’s new immigration orders “could create a climate of fear” for illegal “citizens.” Yes, co-host Gayle King used the word “citizen.” Talking to USA Today bureau chief Susan Page, Anthony Mason worried, “This could create a climate of fear in the immigrant community if it hasn't already.” 

After all three of Monday’s network evening newscasts hyped left-wing “Not My Presidents’ Day” protests across the country, on Tuesday, the ABC, CBS, and NBC morning shows took the anti-Trump fervor international as they promoted similar demonstrations in London and the British Parliament debating whether or not President Trump should be permitted a state visit to the U.K.

Who better to discuss Donald Trump’s first month in office than Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign manager? Apparently, that was the thinking of the producers and hosts of CBS This Morning on Monday. The journalists barely pressed Robby Mook over whether his new concern about the sanctity of the vote was simply an effort to deflect from an embarrassing loss.

When the journalists at CBS This Morning on Friday weren’t encouraging Caroline Kennedy to bash Donald Trump, they were busy wondering if the famous daughter of JFK would run for “mayor” or “president.” Guest co-host Anthony Mason enthused, “There's been a lot of speculation about what you will do next.” Talking to the former ambassador of Japan, he quizzed, “I'm wondering, have you ever had any…

Just like they did when he was President, the morning news networks Tuesday gushed over pictures of Obama vacationing, as if he was some kind of Hollywood celebrity. ABC, CBS and NBC couldn’t get enough of the former president kitesurfing in the Virgin Islands with Virgin mobile billionaire Richard Branson, oohing and ahhing at his athleticism and relaxed demeanor.

Wednesday's CBS This Morning turned to liberal attorney David Boies for his take on President Trump's nomination of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. However, the newscast failed to provide balance by bringing on a conservative legal expert. Boies twice asserted that Gorsuch was "not in...the mainstream of judicial thought." Anchor Norah O'Donnell later gushed over the "so smart" guest.

Network reporters have barely noticed the brass knuckles threat from Senate Democrats to filibuster whoever President Trump nominates for the Supreme Court, regardless of the nominee’s qualifications or ideology. But that’s not the approach they took when Republicans blocked President Obama, then a lame duck, from picking a Justice during his final months in office.

The journalists at CBS This Morning on Monday obsessed over Donald Trump’s new order restricting refugees from Muslim-majority countries. Co-host Norah O’Donnell wondered if the administration was being too pro-Christian with this move. Additionally, co-host Charlie Rose used anti-Trump press coverage as justification that the implementation is going badly. 

All three network morning shows on Thursday hailed left-wing protesters and Democratic mayors across the country denouncing President Trump’s executive orders on immigration and border security.
