CNN’s war on the Trump White House is now entering the legal system. CNN filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Circuit Court in the District of Columbia, insisting that denying their Senior White House Shouter Jim Acosta a permanent pass has caused “irreparable harm” and that Acosta has a constitutional right to shout at the president. How lame is this? Let us count the ways:

Given how tough CNN has been on Donald Trump wielding power during the first two years of his presidency, one should assume that the network will hammer the new Democratic majority in the House, right? No, of course not. In a preview of things to come, the network on Tuesday gushed over incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as “the original Badass Woman of Washington.” 

MSNBC's Morning Joe and CNN's New Day heap praise on Republican Martha McSally for quickly and "gracefully" conceding to Dem Kyrsten Sinema in their Senate race in Arizona. In contrast, the two shows castigated Republican Rick Scott for fighting it out in Florida. Neither network calls on Dems Gillum, Nelson or Abrams to emulate McSally's example. 

On Saturday afternoon, CNN Newsroom gave attention to a Johns Hopkins Hospital trauma surgeon who has been criticizing the NRA, but the liberal news network, even while interviewing him, did not divulge that he is a board member of the anti-gun Brady Campaign.

So before the relatives arrive and the turkey is carved, let’s recall the liberal media’s predictions for the 2018 midterms. There was this at CNN: “A 'blue wave' is probably coming. Or maybe we should call it a 'blue blizzard'” From the Washington Monthly: “Is a Blue Wave Coming in 2018?”

Showing that he’s anything but a fair news anchor, CNN’s The Situation Room host Wolf Blitzer was yet another journalist who tried to make the Thousand Oaks, California bar shooting about gun control despite the state having perhaps the country’s strictest gun laws and state mental health experts had cleared the disturbed individual (thus still allowing him to purchase firearms).

On Thursday's Cuomo Prime Time, CNN host Chris Cuomo ended his show with a commentary in which he complained about voters not makng gun control a higher priority when they voted a few days ago. He also declared that politicians who express "thoughts and prayers" after a mass shooting are mocking the victims.

CNN played a clip of Seth Meyers, from his Late Night show on NBC, saying: "Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is recovering in the hospital after she fell in her office and fractured three ribs. Wow: if you had told me a Supreme Court Justice fell over and broke some ribs, I would have bet on the new guy." Late Night then cut to a clip of Kavanaugh saying "I like beer."
