National Public Radio has been rotating pundits for its Week In Politics roundup in recent months on its evening newscast All Things Considered. Sitting in the "David Brooks chair" on Friday was writer Bethany Mandel (@Bethanyshondark on Twitter). It's encouraging when the conservative half of a public-broadcasting panel actually sounds like a conservative.

Shapiro Rips Abortion Spin of BBC: ‘Be Honest With Your Own Biases!’
Conservative host Ben Shapiro appeared on BBC in a contentious interview and attacked the bias and agenda of the network. After host Andrew Neil derided Georgia’s new pro-life abortion bill as “extreme,” “hard policies” that would “take us back to the dark ages,” Shapiro unloaded, “Okay, so you’re supposedly an objective calling polices with which you disagree barbaric.”
Busy Philipps Uses Her Own Abortion to Rail Against Georgia Law
Freaks and Geeks actress and E! Talk show host Busy Philipps spent her Wednesday TV slot telling women abortion is just one of those things that goes hand in hand with female expression, and how it’s everyone’s duty to trust that “women and doctors” should be able to make the “best decision.” But why should we give her credence in this argument? Well beside the fact that Phillips is a woman (…
‘Wire’ Creator Leads Hollywood Exodus from GA Over ‘Heartbeat Bill'
You know how celebrity lefty big-mouths like Barbara Streisand or Miley Cyrus are always threatening to leave the country if Americans don’t vote correctly? And then, no matter how many times you offer to help them move, they don’t? Turns out there really are lefties who don’t just voice their disdain for normal Americans; they show it with their feet. After Georgia governor Brian Kemp signed the…

April Video Venom: Pro-Lifers Are ‘Hypocritical C**ts’
April has come and gone with no shortage of absolute hatred and contempt from media progressives. Entertainment programming from major networks, cable TV and popular streaming services have delivered another 40 deranged anti-Trump/conservative scenes for impressionable viewers, providing God-fearing viewers another valid reason to grab those torches and pitchforks. Much of this month’s material…

Only Fox News Covers Dem State Rep Harassing Pro-Life Protesters
As NewsBusters has previously reported, the networks ignored the outrageous story about Pennsylvania State Rep. Brian Sims harassing an elderly pro-life protester outside of a Philadelphia Planned Parenthood clinic and threatening to dox her. Cable news was not much better. Only Fox News bothered to give the story airtime.
Networks Ignore Pennsylvania Rep. Brian Sims Bullying Pro-Lifers
It takes one “smirk” from a conservative teen in a MAGA hat to generate a national news meltdown, yet prolonged verbal harassment from a Democratic state representative towards an older woman praying in protest at a Planned Parenthood clinic hardly gets any mainstream attention. Neither ABC, CBS or NBC nightly news programming paid any attention to Pennsylvania State Representative Brian Sims…

Cuomo Accuses Santorum of 'Lying' on Abortion, Violating His Faith
On Monday's Cuomo Prime Time, as Chris Cuomo moderated a debate between left and right on new state laws that challenge Roe v. Wade, the CNN anchor blatantly advocated the liberal point of view as he fretted that such laws take America "backwards," and even accused former Republican Senator Rick Santorum of violating his Catholic faith by "lying" about the issue.

CBS, NBC Decry GA's Heartbeat Abortion Law, Fear ‘Conservative’ SCOTUS
Slapping defenders of unborn life with the “anti-abortion [rights]” label, the CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News were aghast that a newly signed Georgia law banned abortions after a baby’s heartbeat was detected. Decrying how the law “shreds” Roe v. Wade, both news outlets were fearful of the “conservative” Supreme Court upholding such laws.

CBS Warns of ‘Controversial,’ ‘Restrictive’ Georgia Heartbeat Bill
CBS This Morning on Tuesday actually covered the heartbeat bill working its way through Georgia’s state house, deeming it a “controversial” and “restrictive” attempt at stopping abortion. This same network offered no coverage when New York state legalized late-term abortion (and certainly didn’t find the bill “controversial.”)

CNN Op-Ed: ‘Every Abortion Has an Element of Good in It’
Registered Nurse Theresa Brown had an outrageous and horrific op-ed posted on CNN on April 30 that says, far from being an execution, every abortion has "good." Brown takes umbrage with President Trump describing babies killed after botched abortions as executions, calling it a lie “so outrageous and horrific that the only good response to it is to state that such things never happen.”
Media: GOP 'Seize' When AL Dem Offers Outlandish Abortion Takes
While protesting an Alabama bill on abortion, State Rep. John Rogers made some pretty outlandish comments: “Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later. You bring them in the world unwanted, unloved, you send them to the electric chair. So, you kill them now or you kill them later.” But, since he’s a Democrat, he’s been given a free pass by the media.
