CW’s Supergirl is not just terrible at playing politics but at being subtle as well. First, it showed an image of Supergirl literally holding a flag in a hypocritical attempt to preach unity. Now, it presents the white male conservative-esque leader of an “Earth First” movement as the bad guy. I’ve seen DNC ads less partisan than this episode.

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough dismisses concerns about the 14,000-person caravan headed toward the US. He claims that the last caravan, in April, "ended up 11 people and a hound dog." The thousands of Central Americans currently making their way through Mexico on their way to the U.S. border have found a champion and cheerleader in veteran Univision news anchor Jorge Ramos. The dual Mexican and U.S. citizen is hosting Univision’s evening newscasts from Mexico this week as he accompanies the caravan, which on his network he calls a “caravan of refugees.”

Tuesday morning the three networks continued their fawning coverage of the thousands of illegal aliens heading to the U.S./Mexico border while ABC and NBC spent additional time worrying that President Trump’s “threats” about the caravan would motivate Republican voters to the polls.

On Monday’s The View, the show started off with the hosts ripping into President Trump and “the right” for speaking out against the caravan of illegal aliens marching towards the U.S./Mexico border. Meghan McCain was the only co-host to argue for stronger immigration laws, as the rest of the hosts complained about racism and the lack of “humanity” the President displayed.
