Fans of Chelsea Handler and Michelle Wolf should rejoice. While Netflix had the good sense to cancel those shows, Hulu’s I Love You, America with Sarah Silverman has somehow returned despite a horrible, terrible, no-good, very bad first season. For a show that claims to “love” America, it sure hates a good part of it.

While the journalists at CBS News have still refused to cover New York Governor Andrew Cuomo telling a crowd of supporters on Wednesday that America “was never that great,” Late Show host Stephen Colbert pressed a trio of former Obama White House staffers about gaffe on Thursday night’s program, aired early Friday morning.

During a report for Sunday’s NBC Nightly News on Iran marking the 39th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, correspondent Ali Arouzi fretted that “all is not well in the Islamic Republic” as he observed: “The anniversary, usually marked with widespread displays of anti-Americanism, muted, with only a few U.S. flags burnt in protest.”
