Lena Dunham's HBO show Girls was back for its sixth and final (thank God!) season on Sunday night and the notoriously liberal show shockingly took aim at New York Times columnist Paul Krugman and not-so-shockingly subjected viewers to the eye crime of seeing Dunham naked.

In Monday night's third episode, “2:00 PM -3:00 PM,” of Fox’s 24: Legacy, the drama introduced the first gay characters in the history of the series. Seems no show today can be without at least one LGBTQ character and storyline.

IIn Chicago, there is a 1 in 33 chance that you could become a victim of a crime. Sounds to me like owning a gun would almost be a no-brainer to defend yourself. However, in the Chicago of CBS's Superior Donuts, gun ownership is still treated as a controversial event despite the hundreds of murders that occur yearly in that city.

The last, and probably the least, episode of HBO’s The Young Pope aired February 13 and nicely tied together the anti-Catholic theme with liberal arrogance. In the third episode of the show, the Pope (Jude Law) declared, “I believe only in myself.” His words ring true again in the season finale. 

CBS’s Kevin Can Wait broke away from the typical Hollywood agenda of bashing of Catholics by delivering a superb message confirming God’s existence. On Monday’s episode, “Unholy War,” Kevin is filling in for a Catechism class. A student asks, “Is God real?” Kevin gives a bogus answer about praying for the Mets, resulting in their 1986 World Series victory.

While the broadcast networks are (finally) covering nationwide pro-life rallies against Planned Parenthood, they still have a long way to go: not one reported on the struggle between counter-protesters and police as they guarded the pro-life marchers in Washington, D.C. last weekend.

With the Super Bowl done and gone, it’s going to be a long offseason for pro football fans. For a growing, vocal and unhappy band of leftist brothers, the offseason can’t last long enough.

The ninth episode of HBO’s The Young Pope, which aired February 12, featured an anti-Catholic view of abortion, a conversation about orgasms, and (surprise!) another corrupt, lecherous clergy member.
