She then brought aboard global warming alarmist Michael Mann and gave him an unchallenged forum to complain about inaction…

While condemning the President’s visit this past weekend to California to witness the devastating wildfires himself and his comment on the topic, BBC World News America anchor Katty Kay argued on Monday’s Morning Joe that climate change “is probably the most pressing issue of our time.”

Just a couple weeks ago the media were warning about “startling new research” by Princeton and Scripps scientists that indicated faster global warming, but it turns out that panic was overblown. The researchers issued corrections to the paper after a climate skeptic pointed out a math error in the study.

The left loves political theater and judicial activism. So does WIRED magazine, apparently, given its promotion of “pipeline vandals” and other crimes committed in order to try to persuade a jury about climate change.

The liberal media’s latest warnings about the threat of manmade global warming have a familiar doomsday ring to them. This week, the U.N. warned there are only 10-12 years to stop “irreversible” and catastrophic global warming. However, more than 10 years ago the U.N., the media and climate prophet Al Gore were saying almost the same thing — that there was only a decade to take action.

In the midst of MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews attacking President Trump for holding an Erie, Pennsylvania campaign rally hours after Hurricane Michael decimated the Florida Panhandle, Matthews found time Wednesday night to try and blame Hurricane Michael on climate change during an interview with Tallahassee Mayor and Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum.

Stopping coal use is a priority of climate alarmists and the environmental left, and a common talking point when the liberal media issue dramatic warnings. Sometimes, those talking points aren’t even vaguely true. Just ask The New York Times.
