Shannon Sharpe, co-host of Fox Sports 1's The Undisputed program, ripped Jared Kushner and his father-in-law President Donald Trump over federal handling of the coronavirus. Deadspin writer Chris Baud defended Sharpe in a post titled "Shannon Sharpe Says What We Were All Thinking: Jared Kushner Is an Incompetent Ass Bag", and it all goes downhill from there.  

Within a half-hour of President Trump concluding Saturday's coronavirus briefing, CNN brought on Brian Stelter so they could wail in agony about Trump starting the meeting by berating the press. As usual, CNN painted the liberal media as "really crucial" in this crisis, and the president as a "very dangerous" oaf. 

MSNBC allowed Deadline: White House host Nicolle Wallace to host their coverage of Saturday’s White House Coronavirus Task Force daily briefing and, predictably, she twice interrupted to rip President Trump with like-minded guests Kimberly Atkins and Steve Schmidt. In Schmidt’s case, he blabbered that Trump was “completely over his head,” “incoherent,” “mentally….unraveling,” and “rambling.”

As we near day 20 or so of coronavirus quarantine, the wailing and gnashing of liberal teeth on social media is reaching a fever pitch. Hollywood celebrities have reached new lows in their anger for the president and conservatives, with venom-filled entertainers like comedian Sarah Silverman fully admitting that they “hate” President Donald Trump and what she considers pro-Trump media.

The nation’s main domestic Spanish-language networks have largely refused to pre-empt their evening newscasts in order to carry the daily White House press briefings on the Trump Administration’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic. At best, viewers receive piecemeal information that is filtered through the network’s own biases. At worst, viewers are exposed to outright fake news.

One of the most disturbing tactics of “fact checkers” is claiming they can fact-check the future. Predictions are not facts. To declare a prediction is "Wrong" is political, not factual. So let’s take a look at just what the Leftist State Media has been dishing during the coronavirus crisis. From Vox on January 31st: “Is this [coronavirus] going to be a deadly pandemic? No.” From The Washington Post on February 3rd: “Why we should be wary of an aggressive government response to coronavirus. Harsh measures tend to scapegoat already marginalized populations.”

On her MSNBC show this morning, Joy Reid, speaking with failed presidential candidate Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, noted that the rates of coronavirus infections and deaths are disproportionately high among African-Americans. Replying, Gillibrand blamed it on "institutional racism," in both health care and our economy.

MSNBC host Ali Velshi once again used the current pandemic to urge the U.S. to adopt single payer health care on Saturday. Unfortunately, for Velshi and his guests, their critiques of the current system and their praises of single payer turned out to be less than accurate. His co-worker in socialism education was Mehdi Hasan of the far-left Intercept website. 

The much-hated New England Patriots can't even get a break from the media for using their team plane to bring facemasks from China to America. Jemele Hill, a notorious Trump hater, criticized the team's good deed simply because Patriots owner Bob Kraft is a friend of the president's. SB Nation writer Morgan Moriarty tore into the federal government for not doing what the Patriots did.

With the grave coronavirus pandemic worsening this week, the White House Coronavirus Task Force briefings have been far more sobering and less combative than past episodes. Sunday and Monday featured fireworks, but it wasn’t until Friday’s that tensions resurfaced as President Trump squared off in two exchanges with CNN’s Jim Acosta and CBS’s Weijia Jiang.
