Karl Rove Slams Jake Tapper, WashPost for Blatant Partisanship

In The Wall Street Journal, former political strategist decried partisanship in the media, including CNN anchor Jake Tapper's ostentatious refusal to interview "election denier" Republicans. Rove noted 32 House Democrats voted against certifying George W. Bush's victory in 2004, but Tapper interviews these "election denier" Democrats routinely.

'Competence Is at the Helm': MSNBC Regular's Laugh Line of the Day

In a line that was one where you had to rewind the show a few times to make sure it was real, MSNBC regular and Princeton professor Eddie Glaude Jr. appeared on Monday's Morning Joe and, in trying to explain Americans' relatively positive mood nowadays, got off this laugh line: "We cannot underestimate the importance of competence...Competence is actually at the helm."

At the top of the front page of Friday's New York Times, they splashed head shots of 64 children killed in the latest Israel-Hamas war. "They were just children" was the headline. At the bottom of the front page, the paper worried about being able to kill children in the womb. Biden's "silence on abortion rights" is troubling to leftists.

LOL: Jake Tapper Imagines Himself as 'Not Particularly Opinionated'

Leaving no mistake about whether Comcast-owned MSNBC and ReidOut host Joy Reid believe that conservatives, Republicans, and anyone who disagrees with them are enemies of the people, Reid and her venomous band of guests spent Thursday’s show demanding liberals tell Americans that the GOP “wants you to die,” have “your whole government...be decapitated,” and see all 435 members of Congress…

The Republican Dilemma

Observing the ouster of Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) from her House leadership position and her criticism of former president Donald Trump, reminded me of a '70s TV ad for Listerine mouthwash. The company attempted to use the product's bad taste to its advantage. The ad said: “It's got the taste people hate - twice a day.” The Republican establishment may hate Donald Trump, but they would be hard-…
