The journalists at CBS This Morning on Monday hyped the city of Copenhagen’s obsessive drive to eliminate cars. Touting solar powers, Mo Rocca praised, “It’s all part of Copenhagen's ambitious plan to become the cleanest energy city in the world.” 

While the broadcast networks were thrilled in September at the prospect that President Trump might strike a deal with Democrats to pass DACA legislation, his call for border security to be part of any such proposal left the NBC, ABC, and CBS morning shows crying foul Monday morning as they channeled liberal outrage.

The liberal media, who claim to champion women, overlooked allegations against Hollywood’s Harvey Weinstein for two years. Instead, they gave him applause.  

CBS This Morning stood alone on Monday in exposing the connections between prominent Democrats, like the Clintons and the Obamas, and the sleazy, scandal-plagued Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. ABC ignored the now-fired executive’s years of contributions to Democrats, instead linking him to Donald Trump.

After hailing former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick for supposedly taking a “stand” for “civil rights” by disrespecting the National Anthem, Monday’s network morning shows had the gall to attack Vice President Mike Pence for walking out of an NFL game on Sunday in protest of such player actions. All three broadcasts touted left-wing “critics” deriding the move as a “PR stunt.”

Over the past several months, journalists have had no qualms about attacking President Trump on a deeply personal level, calling him an “embarrassing” “unhinged” “liar,” a “sociopath” and a “madman” presiding over a “malignant presidency.” But eight years ago, many of these same reporters were offended at criticism of Barack Obama and his policies, scorning the “mean,” “ugly,” “offensive” “…

Let me start out by giving some words of advice to CBS’s Madam Secretary: We get it! You’re mad Hillary lost, and you think creating a “fake news” scapegoat will make you feel better. We’ve seen it happen in the real world, so we don’t need to see it on scripted TV more than ten months later. Pretending it’s still relevant honestly only makes you look worse than you already do.

On Friday, MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell and veteran CBS journalist Bob Schieffer feared Donald Trump was trying to undermine American democracy by “demonizing the mainstream media.” Appearing on the show to hawk his new book, Overload, about “the changing landscape of the media,” Schieffer warned against the President’s supposed “dangerous” effort to “undermine the press.” 

In spite of the media’s love for the “Fearless Girl” statue that faced down the famous Wall Street “Charging Bull,” it turns out the company behind the statue may not be isn’t so women-friendly as it claimed. Mediaite reported on Oct. 6, that the company behind the statue agreed to pay $5 million in back pay to allegedly underpaid women and minorities.

When Republican Congressman Tim Murphy from Pennsylvania resigned in disgrace on October 5, all three broadcast evening shows ran reports on it.
