On Monday, the liberal broadcast networks and cable outlets tag-teamed to ignore live opening day coverage of Judge Neil Gorsuch’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing to become the next Justice to the U.S. Supreme Court, instead spending over 11 hours of coverage on the FBI Director James Comey, addressing allegations of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign.

Just hours before the Senate confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch was set to begin, NBC’s Today and CBS This Morning eagerly parroted Democratic talking points against President Trump’s judicial pick and promised an “intense grilling” for the federal judge as the “ugly” process got underway.

The New York Times on Wednesday published an ominous front page story about Neil Gorsuch’s “web of ties to secretive billionaire.” The article by Charlie Savage and Julie Turkewitz never once mentioned that Democratic senator Michael Bennet, who shares the home state of Colorado with the Supreme Court nominee, also has connections to billionaire Philip F. Anschultz.

During Thursday morning's edition of the New Day program on the Cable News Network, co-host Chris Cuomo responded to a tweet from President Donald Trump that accused him of producing “fake news” by declaring that is “the worst thing you can call a journalist.” “It's like an ethnic disparagement,” Cuomo stated. “We all have ugly words for people, and that's the one for journalists.”

Reporter Jan Crawford highlighted the long history of Democrats, including Franklin Roosevelt, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama attacking judges.
