MSNBC is overflowing with empathy for how President Biden is struggling in the polls. During Andrea Mitchell Reports on Tuesday morning, Mitchell outlined the challenges that President Joe Biden is facing with the midterm elections coming up quickly in November.

Finally, something we can agree with Mike Barnicle about! Like Mike, millions of us are worried that Joe Biden isn't up to the job! On Monday's Morning Joe, Barnicle asked Al Sharpton whether he was "worried" about his "friend" Joe Biden because the job of president is so "enormously difficult."

White House officials turned down requests from CBS, CNN, and Fox News and did not appear on any Sunday news show to discuss the mass school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. Maybe they thought it would clash with the president’s visit to the scene. Or they just thought it would save them from committing Sunday gaffes. 

While most Americans think Biden's economy is bad, we should recall that under Trump, the networks were highly allergic to reporting the good news. Record-low unemployment rates (including for women and minorities) and record stock-market highs were routinely skipped by the network "news" shows.

Biden could only disclose his opinion that hosed "knuckleheads on Fox" are wrong that he "can't put two sentences together."
