As even Democrats begin to rescind their mask mandates, NBC's Late Night host Seth Meyers pondered an important question on his Thursday show (which aired early Friday): “How much of a dick” is Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis for telling a group of high schoolers that masks aren’t necessary?

On Friday, NBC’s Today show went after Republican Senator Lindsey Graham for urging Russians to rise up and “take out” brutal dictator Vladimir Putin. The broadcast scolded the South Carolina lawmaker for his “controversial call” and even quoted propaganda from Putin’s regime denouncing the comment.  

Early Friday, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s stooges in parliament (known as the Duma) passed a law criminalizing accurate reporting about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine with a possible sentence of 15 years in jail. When it came to this actual and genuine attack on free, independent journalism, NBC’s Today omitted it from their Friday morning show.

On Thursday night for the second night in a row, NBC Nightly News spent valuable air time trashing Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis for telling a group of high school students at a public event that they don’t have to wear masks. 

After having two days off for President Biden’s State of the Union and trip to Wisconsin, Thursday brought the return of The Psaki Show and, with the Biden administration still refusing to ban the import of Russian oil, the questions were fierce. They included a slew from Fox’s Jacqui Heinrich with one presenting Psaki with the notion that the U.S. is “financing” Russia’s “war” against Ukraine…

Joe Biden, the Democratic Party and the left’s radical support for abortion grows more extreme every day. That fact was made very clear this week, though you wouldn’t have known it if you got all your news from the networks.

Appearing on NBC’s Today show Wednesday morning, Ukrainian parliament member Oleksandra Ustinova slammed President Biden’s State of the Union address as “a total disappointment” in the midst of her country being “executed” by Russian forces. In addition to pleading for a NATO-enforced no-fly zone over Ukraine, Ustinova also demanded “real sanctions” against Russia and Putin.

Reacting Wednesday to President Biden’s State of the Union address from the night prior, the broadcast network mornings newscasts on ABC, CBS, and NBC largely decided to play White House stenographers in touting Biden’s “call[s] for unity” and focus “on common ground and not...partisanship.” It resulted, one network said, in cheers that were akin to American unity after 9/11.
