He is adored by the media for his charisma, left-wing politics, purported intelligence, and would be another "first" if he were elected. Perhaps nowhere is the Mayor Pete Fan Club better personified better than MSNBC Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski.

Reacting to the Bernie Sanders town hall on Fox News, Morning Joe praises FNC for opening the door to different points of view. "In the wake of Pete Buttigieg's announcement speech of yesterday, Morning Joe is filled with praise of him, calling him a "hero," with "echoes of the Kennedys." The panel also criticizes the candidacy of Hillary Clinton, and Mika Brzezinski suggests that the notion that Beto O'Rourke is the Kennedyesque candidate is "contrived" whereas Buttigieg feels "much more natural" and real. 

MSNBC Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough would like viewers to know that he is not a fan of Attorney General William Barr.
