While discussing the possibility of former National Security Advisor John Bolton testifying in the Senate impeachment trial, during MSNBC’s special coverage Wednesday morning, anchor Chuck Todd eagerly offered the ex Trump aide the “full hour” of Sunday’s Meet the Press to air accusations against the President.

The supposedly reasonable PBS on Tuesday abounded with dark conspiracy theories about the impeached Donald Trump fomenting violence in November after losing, as well as whether America is turning into Nazi Germany. Veteran journalist Ted Koppel shot down that theory, but engaged in the idea of mass violence by dejected Trump voters. 

On New Day, CNN "senior political analyst" John Avlon offers the preposterous proposition that John Bolton's prospective testimony at the impeachment trial would be "the equivalent of Nixon's smoking gun tape." 

While anchors and analysts on MSNBC had nothing but praise for anyone involved in the prosecution accusations that President Trump is unfit for office and should immediately be removed, these same liberals have had nothing but contempt and ridicule for the people who sought to defend the Republican occupant of the White House.
