On Tuesday and Thursday nights, liberal MSNBC hosts Ari Melber and Lawrence O’Donnell lobbed softballs at Senator and possible 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris (Calif.) on issues ranging from DACA to the Russia investigation to single-payer health care.

Talk about twisting the English language into a pretzel. The Associated Press on Tuesday hyped fear about the end of DACA as it referred to “undocumented citizens” in Chicago. In a story promoting that city’s liberal mayor bashing Donald Trump, the AP wrote, “[Chicago] school officials say about a third of the school’s students are undocumented citizens.”

Suddenly, CBS is interested in the Catholic Church’s stances on moral issues. On Wednesday's New Day, Chris Cuomo was displaying his liberal bias over and over again during discussions of President Donald Trump's decision to end the DACA program. The CNN host's commentary ranged from accusing Trump of "feeding fear and anger," to trying to give cover to former President Barack Obama by declaring that "Obama did not invent 'Dreamers."

It’s easy to say that many people don’t understand just what Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is. It’s harder to say that Trump doesn’t understand what DACA is. But can one say that the administration is gaslighting people? (Seems like the media would be a more likely candidate for that.)
