On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough suggests that Democrats should not "play it safe" and simply try to remove President Trump from office in 2020 by beating him at the polls. Just before the release of the Mueller report Thursday, 2020 Democrat candidate Pete Buttigieg made a stop at MSNBC’s Morning Joe to answer some questions. At one point, co-host Willie Geist actually confronted him on his support for late-term abortions, a position that is so radical most Americans of all stripes don’t support it.

CNN brings back Chris Cuomo to guest host on his former show, New Day. Cuomo proceeds to blast AG Bill Barr over his handling of the Mueller report, as if he's merely shielding the president. Cuomo also indulges in a humble brag about his looks. 

It's that time of year for TIME magazine to issue its 100 "Most Influential" issue. The strangest selection may be Christine Blasey Ford, who made unproven allegations of teenage sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh. If she's one of the world's "most influential" figures, how was Kavanaugh confirmed for the Supreme Court? Apparently, this is the annual Wishful Thinking issue. 

While many in the Democratic Party were fine defending anti-Semitic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN), on Wednesday we learned there were some that reject her and her money. According to reports and campaign finance filings, at least two congressional Democrats had either rejected contributions from Omar or refunded her the money. As newly announced 2020 candidate Pete Buttigieg campaigned in Iowa this week, the media hyped a tiny group of protesters who condemned his pro-gay marriage and pro-abortion stances.On MSNBC Live Wednesday morning, host Hallie Jackson responded by bringing on a pro-abortion activist to berate the pro-life protesters as “peddlers of hate.”  

South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg is the next version of Barack Obama and not in a good way. He is adored by the media for his charisma, left-wing politics, purported intelligence, and would be another "first" if he were elected. Perhaps nowhere is the Mayor Pete Fan Club better personified better than MSNBC Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski.

Reacting to the Bernie Sanders town hall on Fox News, Morning Joe praises FNC for opening the door to different points of view. DNC chairman Tom Perez is criticized for prohibiting FNC from conducting a Dem presidential debate. And panel members praise as fair FNC personalities Bret Baier, Martha McCallum, Chris Wallace, Bill Hemmer, and Shep Smith.

As if it somehow sank the conservative agenda or upended a Fox News narrative, the ABC and CBS Tuesday evening news programs hailed the heavily Democratic Fox News town hall audience that cheered for Bernie Sander’s Medicare for All healthcare plan.

MSNBC’s Hardball took quite a bizarre turn on Tuesday when far-left MSNBC contributor Zerlina Maxwell attempted to sing the praises of colleague Malcolm Nance when fellow panelist Andrew Sullivan blurted out “Jesus Lord” in disgust that Maxwell (or presumably anyone) would cite such a “complete fantasist” who “spreads so many conspiracy theories and nonsense.”

The panel on Andrea Mitchell Reports Monday responded to Pete Buttigieg’s official entry into the presidential race with mostly favorable coverage. Host Andrea Mitchell praised his “pretty smart” decision to go after Vice President Mike Pence while wondering if Buttigieg was “less threatening” than a female candidate.

Morning Joe airs a clip of Nancy Pelosi, in an interview in London on April 15th, recycling the myth of hunger in America. Pelosi falsely claims that "one in five children in America goes to sleep hungry at night." The true statistic is that about 1-in-100 children in America experiences hunger once a year. On any given night, about one in 1,000 children go to sleep hungry.
