A few segments after MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews questioned why terrorists often turn to bombs as their weapons of choice, Matthews surprisingly hammered Democratic Congressman and possible Clinton running mate Xavier Becerra on the Benghazi Committee’s findings about the administration’s inability to save Americans trapped at the ill-fated consulate. 

Rage was evidently the order of the day for the hosts of Univision and Telemundo’s weekly public affairs shows, when they dedicated most of their programs to the subject of the failure of President Obama’s 2014 executive actions on immigration to be upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States.

Appearing as a guest on Monday's CNN Tonight, during a discussion of white supremacists who have shown support for Donald Trump, CNN political commentator Carl Bernstein asserted that there are "an awful lot of bigots and nativists and a lot of hateful people" in Trump's coalition as he renewed his charge that the GOP candidate is a "neo-fascist."

On Tuesday, while all three network morning shows covered the newly-released House Benghazi Committee report, the broadcasts also dutifully parroted Democratic talking points attacking the credibility of the findings and concluded: “It does not appear to uncover conclusive evidence of wrongdoing by Hillary Clinton.”

Nigel Farage the leader of the UK Independence Party appeared on CNN Tuesday afternoon to discuss his support of Brexit, but was subjected to almost an interrogation-like interview from their reporter.  “How much damage are you prepared to see,” CNN’s Richard Quest demanded to know, “How much damage are you prepared to accept before you rebuild the house?”

The network newscasts have shown no interest in an ex-Secret Service agent’s unflattering portrayal of Bill and Hillary Clinton’s time at the White House. Gary Byrne, author of Crisis of Character, appeared on Fox’s Hannity, Monday, but has been all but invisible on ABC, CBS and NBC. 

The Huffington Post is once again showing their political bias by pushing a new poll on vice presidential names for presumptive presidential nominee Hilary Clinton.  Who happens to be at the top of that list?  Bernie Sanders, even though the Clinton campaign has said they are not considering a Clinton-Sanders ticket. All three networks on Tuesday hyped a possible Hillary Clinton/Elizabeth Warren presidential ticket, but the journalists on ABC’s Good Morning America were the most effusive. Former Democratic operative and Clinton Foundation donor George Stephanopoulos cheered, “Elizabeth Warren, certainly a  bold choice. An all woman ticket would be brand new.” 

In the aftermath of the Clinton/Warren rally in Cincinnati, MSNBC correspondents hailed the “magic” of what was apparently more like a “rock concert” than a campaign event. Dehumanizing people only works one way for leftists. Michael Ian Black’s new children’s book, A Child’s First Book of Trump, explains the “wild” “beasties,” called the Trumps, to our “youngest citizens,” according to its satirical description. USA Today notes that while the book is supposedly for the youngest citizens, “Older citizens might need a primer too.”

MSNBC’s Ari Melber filled in for Lawrence O’Donnell as host on The Last Word Monday night, where he and his guests, The Nation’s Joan Walsh and CBS News Sunday Morning Contributor Nancy Giles talked about Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s speech with Hillary Clinton earlier that day. Giles held nothing back in her praise for the pair, calling Warren a “white rap star” who “pumped up Hillary” in a moment…
