Instagram: Science Proving Male Athletes’ Advantages Over Women Is ‘Hate Speech’

Instagram can’t handle the truth, so it canceled a post undermining LGBT attempts to destroy the integrity of women’s sports. The Facebook-owned social media platform removed a post by biologist Colin Wright citing scientific studies proving that so-called male-to-female transgender athletes have clear-cut advantages over women. On Twitter, Wright announced that Instagram pulled his post for violating its badly misapplied rules against “hate speech.”

Wright worked in academia for 12 years, and his publishing credentials include the Wall Street Journal. According to the  Daily Mail, he simply posted on Instagram a chart from a study by researchers at University of Manchester and Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm, which was originally published in the peer-reviewed journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise.

Wright posted the chart as part of his defense that children should be assigned to sports teams based on their actual gender, the Daily Mail story noted. It also reported:

Similar scientific conclusions were reached in a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine called 'How does hormone transition in transgender women change body composition, muscle strength and haemoglobin? Systematic review with a focus on the implications for sport participation' - conducted by researchers at Loughborough University and Karolinska Institute, Stockholm.

(....)

They each concluded that even after three years of hormone therapy transgender women on average still retain strength advantages over biological women, which may not allow for an even playing field in sports competitions.

The scientific studies were conducted, according to the Daily Mail, “to test if the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) criteria for athletes to be eligible to compete in the women's category removes the performance advantage linked to male bodies.” Even though males have obvious physical advantages over women, the IOC allowed transgender athletes to compete in the Olympics for the first time during August's Tokyo summer games.

The facts, as demonstrated by numerous members of the scientific community, be darned. Instagram and its LGBT masters cannot handle the truth, and so they try to suppress it.
