Chelsea Handler: GOP ‘White Male Power’ Says ‘Women Don’t Get a Voice’

It’s midterm season on mainstream television, so if talking politics is a must for your mid-morning routine, switch the channel over to Ellen. Lately, all her lefty friends have been making appearances to plug for the Democrat ticket.

Viewers who tuned in on Thursday received a real treat. The always-unhinged progressive femmebot Chelsea Handler hit the famous off-white couches to talk about the impending apocalypse should Dems lose power during the midterm elections.

Always the pessimist, Handler described the current political landscape as “upsetting” and “depressing.” This is of course because many people in the U.S. might be re-thinking the abortion issue, and because Kavanaugh — a white man —didn’t get spit roasted just because a woman claimed he deserved it. So yeah, some real end of the world type stuff.

Still, the comedian mentioned that she hadn’t given up hope altogether. The fact that women have been coming together is a silver lining for her and other progressives. “There’s a really beautiful moment happening with women coming together,” she claimed, adding that, “We all know now that there’s power in numbers and there’s power collectively.”

It seems that the sounds of thousands of raving and hysterical lefties screaming obscenities in and around D.C. government buildings have been music to Handler’s ears. Videos of left-wing mobs harassing and assaulting GOP members in their own communities must really put a smile on her smug face.

Of course they would. Handler gave a few remarks blasting the old white men of the GOP, and their power-hungry ambitions in ramrodding Kavanaugh into the Supreme Court vacancy — an act she claimed “was representative of white male power.”

“It just looks like a bunch of older white turtles and men who are 85-plus saying, ‘Women, you don’t get a voice.’ And we have to say no to that.”

She also saved a word for Trump, because how could she forget? The lady often goes berserk on social media, providing the online world with a front row ticket to her Trump-fueled catastrophic meltdowns. She stated, “I find it really, really unsettling that [he’s] the president of our country.” For Handler, “unsettling” might be the understatement of the century.

At least the woman wasn’t too proud to save some criticism for herself — even if it did feel like a solid bit of humblebragging. Chelsea mentioned that after the 2016 election, she took a long look at herself and realized that she too was guilty of having privilege. “I just started to think about all the privilege I’ve benefited from in this industry, especially” she claimed, adding that she “started to feel very gross about myself.”

Wow, what bravery.

Hopefully, because of Handler and other progressives’ shining example, the rest of us Americans can now have the courage to step forward and provide reparations for our guilt. Giving up our traditions and constitutional values is the least we can do to make up for all our privilege and patriarchy, right?
