The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) is not fighting hard enough for social justice and is failing Colin Kaepernick yet again. But college football players are woke on America's racism. That's the latest complaint by Carron J. Phillips, who makes a living from race grievances as the sports, race and social issues columnist for the New York Daily News.

Sports media reports today are gloating that increases in NFL revenues dispel claims that national anthem protests are hurting the league's bottom line. The Cardinals' website featured a story Monday about owner Michael Bidwill supporting his former high school football teammate Brett Kavanaugh for the nation's high court.

The NFL's new anthem policy is an ill-conceived move that plays right into the hands of a president who demonizes the league to rile up his supporters, writes Sports Illustrated's Trump-hating, flag-hating Charles Pierce. Furthermore, Pierce compares the anthem policy and Trump remarks on the NFL to 20th century British tyranny.

Progressives from Berkeley to Bristol would rather shut down a debate than stomach opposition views. Fascists at California and other universities have perfected the strategy of shutting down free speech. No longer willing to endure conservative opposition to its progressive social and political posts, ESPN.com has just joined the club by shutting down its comments section.

Seattle's NPR station KUOW was the perfect progressive forum for an interview that local teacher and SJW Jesse Hagopian conducted with Bennett in a Town Hall last month.

Wimbledon tennis play is upon us, and along with it, a perfect time for Sports Illustrated to talk politics and slam the Trump Administration in an interview with lesbian firebrand Martina Navratilova (see file photo)! The nine-time Wimbledon champion gave the LGBT movement free publicity and bashed America's top two elected officials for taking human rights backwards.

ESPN First Take shout fest combatants Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman on Friday centered a debate around the question of whether or not Tim Tebow will play major league baseball. Kellerman raved about the Class AA minor leaguer and predicted he will make baseball's top level, while Smith said he'll get eaten alive by major league pitching.
