It's no secret Hollywood despises conservative presidents. On NBC's Timeless, they go so far as to imply President Ronald Reagan is part of the show's fictional evil organization, Rittenhouse. This is the second Republican President the show has said was a member of this corrupt cabal.

After President Donald Trump spent a long weekend at Mar-a-lago, Sean Spicer held his first White House press briefing of the week on Tuesday. There, he faced a slew of questioning about a string of nationwide anti-Semitic crimes, including the touting of the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). 

After all three of Monday’s network evening newscasts hyped left-wing “Not My Presidents’ Day” protests across the country, on Tuesday, the ABC, CBS, and NBC morning shows took the anti-Trump fervor international as they promoted similar demonstrations in London and the British Parliament debating whether or not President Trump should be permitted a state visit to the U.K.

Don't expect the media to fact check any sketches painting President Trump in a bad light. Reporters are too busy cheering them on. Remember when Saturday Night Live mocked President Barack Obama? Yes, it did happen. Only the sketches aimed at the first black president were so rare they became a special event, like a holiday of sorts.

On Friday, the broadcast networks continued their hyperventilating over President Trump taking on the media during his Thursday press conference. All three morning shows were beside themselves as hosts and correspondents breathlessly hurled one sensational adjective after another to describe the event, including: “raucous,” “combative,” “shocking,” “jaw-dropping,” “unhinged,” and “astonishing.”

Thursday was the national “Day Without Immigrants” protest, an event where immigrants of all statuses walked out of their jobs and schools and protested President Donald Trump.
