Apparently there’s no room for President Donald Trump in the safe space that comedian Leslie Jones lives in. The outspoken leftwing SNL star and stand up comic told late night host Jimmy Kimmel that Trump “is banned from my life.” Jones, one of the stars of the failure that was 2016’s all female Gostbusters reboot, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to discuss her new Netflix stand up special.

CBS and ABC continued ignoring former Vice President Joe Biden’s gaffes he made Thursday while on the campaign trail, one being similar to a racist comment he made in the past about President Obama. NBC’s Today show was the only network to mention this particular gaffe, and they only covered it so they could spin it as President Trump’s fault.

In the wake of the El Paso and Dayton shootings, the Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks have exploited those tragedies to advance their anti-gun rights agenda. In just five days (August 4 through August 8) of coverage, the networks filled their morning show programs with statements favoring gun control over gun rights by a ratio of roughly 17 to 1.

NBC News promoted a new idea to mitigate “rising seas:” build more icebergs with a fleet of ice-making submarines. NBCNews.com reported the “audacious plan” on Aug. 6, writing “Designers in Indonesia have offered up what may be the most audacious plan yet: they propose building ice-making submarines that would ply polar waters and pop out icebergs to replace melting floes.”

On Wednesday, all three network morning shows wailed about President Trump daring to criticize former Democratic Congressman and 2020 presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke. However, none of broadcasts had any problem with the wildly irresponsible rhetoric that O’Rourke and other Democrats have employed since the mass shootings in Texas and Ohio over the weekend.

In the aftermath of the mass shooting at a Wal-Mart in El Paso, a number of news shows on ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, and PBS have allowed guests to misleadingly cite gun-friendly Texas's open carry and concealed carry laws to give the impression that El Paso Wal-Mart customers must have been well-armed when they were attacked, thus undermining arguments in favor of allowing customers to bring guns…

However, as these networks on Tuesday morning delved into the alleged shooter’s disturbing past and personal life, none of them spent even a second of air time discussing his apparent “leftist” political views.

On Tuesday, NBC’s Today show pushed for a new assault weapons ban in the wake of the mass shootings in Texas and Ohio over the weekend. The broadcast touted public officials and celebrities urging for gun restrictions, with one of the hosts even insisting, “you don’t need an AR-whatever.”

Despite President Trump’s full-throated denunciation of racism and white supremacy on Monday, NBC Nightly News was determined to place the weekend’s mass shootings at his feet. The network went to such extreme lengths for their narrative that they flew chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel all the way out to somewhere in Germany to give neo-Nazis a platform.

Appearing on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday following a completely off-the-rails panel discussion in which liberal pundits blamed President Trump for the mass shooting in El Paso, White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney blasted moderator Chuck Todd for allowing such vile politization of the tragedy on the broadcast.

During coverage of the horrific mass shootings that happened over the weekend, on Monday, NBC’s Today show eagerly touted Democrats rushing to blame President Trump’s rhetoric for the attack in El Paso, Texas. Several quotes from 2020 Democratic presidential candidates claiming the President “bears some responsibility” for the killings were featured in the report.
