New Amazon Teen Survival Drama Seeks to Create Feminist 'Gynotopia'

On Friday, December 11, Amazon Prime premiered The Wilds, a new series in which a self-proclaimed feminist leaves teenage girls abandoned on an island to fend for themselves, Lord of the Flies-style. The feminist, a scientist named Gretchen Klein, believes that she can create a "gynotopia" free of "male domination."
