Richmond, VA – The definition of winsome is “sweetly or innocently charming: winning, engaging.” The lieutenant governor of Virginia, Winsome Sears, is all of these, but she is also tough and has convictions on issues that matter to her and thinks should matter to Virginians and the nation.

Wednesday’s Jose Diaz-Balart Reports on MSNBC had what initially appeared to be a promising segment about the rise of black families who have decided to homeschool their children.
