Stop me if you’ve heard this before: Someone exposes the hate and hypocrisy of the super tolerant left and is mercilessly punished for it. In this case, it’s an award-winning LGBT reporter for a gay newspaper who stumbled on gay activists’ antisemitism and is a reporter no longer.

Appearing as a guest on Monday's Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN, New York Times columnist Tom Friedman tagged President Donald Trump as a "chump" who has been "manipulated" by Russia and "played" by China. He even oddly lumped in Israel as a country that has "manipulated" President Trump.  

Last week, the New York Times published a sympathetic profile of Marwan Barghoutti and his wife Fadwa, who have been separated for 15 years. In 2002, Marwan was convicted of and imprisoned for the murder of five Israeli civilians as part of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade. The headline was "Fadwa Barghouti is the unflappable voice of a jailed Palestinian freedom fighter."

Pulitzer-Prize winning American novelist Michael Chabon rather desperately hates Donald Trump, In an interview on an Israeli radio show in Tel Aviv, he discussed how he woke up every day hoping Trump will suffer a “massive stroke” and be “carted out of the White House on a gurney.”

Following at joint press conference between President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday, Andrea Mitchell could not conceal her disgust at the meeting. The MSNBC anchor and NBC Chief Foreign Correspondent first hammered Trump for not putting enough “pressure” on Israel, then denounced Netanyahu for supposedly taking a “slap” at former President Barack Obama.

With President Trump visiting Israel Monday, the media have been pushing the narrative that President Obama was Israel’s protector, literally (see headlines below).
