The leftist newspaper owned by the second richest man in the world is obsessed with smearing his main competitor’s $43 billion Twitter takeover bid. It was willing to spend over 17,000 words to do it.

Twitter and Facebook worked in lockstep to restrict the flow of the Hunter Biden laptop story just before the 2020 presidential election. These platforms stifled the spread of that story at the same time that Big Media did, as MRC research found.

The hypocrisy of Facebook’s fact-checking partners knows no bounds. In an act of discrimination against the Media Research Center, a Meta platform fact-checking partner threw a fit after MRC’s video division, MRCTV, dared to write about a video that showed President Joe Biden getting smacked with a white or yellow substance, depending on the photo or video.

Twitter dealt harsher penalties to conservative U.S. political leaders and investigative news outlets than it does to Russian war propaganda. So, Rep. Lisa McClain (R-MI) and six other House Republicans wrote a letter to Twitter demanding the company publicly address this flagrant double standard. 

A left-wing outlet funded by liberal billionaire George Soros whined that the world’s richest man’s plan to purchase Twitter was a threat to democracy.

Democrats recently released plans to fight “Online Misinformation” that featured a blueprint for online censorship. Congressional Democrats, however, have sponsored or co-sponsored at least 18 Big Tech bills with Republicans. That combination raises huge questions about their actual goals and could undermine bipartisan support.

Talk about a hair-on-fire reaction. During her show on Thursday, MSNBC host Katy Tur was frantic in her warning against allowing Elon Musk to purchase Twitter. Her shrill declarations ranged from claiming he was going to charge for access to “real and devastating” plus “life and globe-altering consequences” if Musk obtained the site and allowed free speech to flourish.
