News organizations can show bias by either exaggerating details of a story, or by minimizing them. Minimization suppresses the scandalous nature of certain stories as we see, for example, through this report from last night's edition of Noticiero Univision.

With CNN personalities continuing to ignore the big media story surrounding the axing of political commentator and interim DNC chair Donna Brazile, two on-air guests took matters into their own hands on Tuesday by mentioning it to the chagrin of the hosts with one resulting in verbal fireworks. 

In light of CNN’s near-blackout of on-air coverage regarding its removal of now-interim DNC chair Donna Brazile, the MRC’s Director of Media Analysis Tim Graham took to the airwaves of the Fox Business Network (FBN) to blast this move as “not exactly transparency in action” and particularly their own media reporters for not doing so aside from social media and their website.
