This Week in Media Bias History: Press Lamented Fall of ‘Paradise’ Russia

January 20th, 2018 1:00 PM

This Week in Media Bias History returns with some real groaners from the liberal press. In 1994, ABC's Morton Dean lamented the demise of the USSR, saying, “For many, the workers’ paradise has become a homeless hell.” In 2015, PBS chided that having more kids meant more damage to Earth. And NBC’s Bryant Gumbel mocked Donald Trump... back in 1992. In 2008, Chris Matthews discovered that the Obamas were "cool," "cool," "cool."

Below are Rich Noyes’s tweets from the third week of This Day in Media Bias History. To get the latest every day, be sure and follow Noyes on Twitter. (To see the first week's recap, go here. The second is here.)
