Insulter in Chief
July 5th, 2017 11:38 AM
President Trump once referred to the health care bill passed by the House as "mean." So how should we characterize his remarks about MSNBC Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski? The president of the United States, reacting to her criticism of him, claimed Brzezinski was "bleeding" from a facelift when he saw her last New Year's Eve at his Florida resort. He further described her as being "dumb as a…
Mark Levin's ‘Rediscovering Americanism’
July 3rd, 2017 3:17 PM
My friend Mark Levin is nothing if not a patriot of the first order. He loves the United States and its founding principles -- and his latest book, Rediscovering Americanism, explains his passion and encourages ours. Levin believes that America's greatness lies in its unique founding ideals -- and documents -- and correctly observes how far we've strayed from those principles and the structure of…

An Angry Journalist, Mika, Joe and the Liberal Media Agenda
July 1st, 2017 4:00 PM
The reporter for The Sentinel, a Maryland newspaper out of Montgomery County had suddenly claimed center stage after White House Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders had taken on the White House press corps for what she called a “barrage of fake news.” At that point Karem, clearly no Trump fan, delivered this tirade:
Washington Is Rigged to Feed the Beast on ObamaCare
July 1st, 2017 1:40 PM
On the question of health care reform, as on every other public policy issue, the Washington establishment has rigged the game so that the only reasonable answer is more government power and control. More taxes, more regulations, more government spending, more deficits, and more national debt.
The Brutal Battle Against Medical Kidnappers
June 28th, 2017 4:54 PM
BOSTON — On the day Boston Children's Hospital celebrated being named "the number one pediatric hospital in the nation" by U.S. News & World Report, I was interviewing Dana Gottesfeld in nearby Somerville, Massachusetts. Dana is the young wife of Martin "Marty G" Gottesfeld, an imprisoned technology engineer/activist who used his skills to fight against medical child abuse committed at Boston…
Were Confederate Generals Traitors?
June 28th, 2017 4:50 PM
My "Rewriting American History" column of a fortnight ago, about the dismantling of Confederate monuments, generated considerable mail. Some argued there should not be statues honoring traitors such as Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson and Jefferson Davis, who fought against the Union. Victors of wars get to write the history, and the history they write often does not reflect the facts. Let's look…
Unhealthy Acts
June 27th, 2017 6:43 PM
Is there anyone who can point to the "Affordable Care Act" (aka Obamacare) and credibly claim it is accomplishing the goals set for it seven years ago? Insurers are pulling out of the exchanges, premiums and related costs are going up, not down, as supporters of the misnamed law claimed they would. Many people who like their doctors are not being allowed to keep their doctors.
WashPost Gets Out the Spike in a Clash of 'Hate Crime' Ethnicities
June 24th, 2017 4:00 PM
What’s a liberal newspaper to do when a member of one preferred identity group murders a member of another favored identity group? Answer? Ignore the first group completely. The other day the Washington Post headlined this sad story: "Funeral, vigil for Muslim teen killed in attack near mosque draw throngs."
Not Giving Up–Until Abortion Is Held in the Contempt It Deserves
June 23rd, 2017 4:54 PM
If abortion groups are trying to keep a low profile, they’re not doing a very good job of it. While Congress debates whether taxpayers should fund the likes of Planned Parenthood, the industry has spent the last six months trying to avoid headlines. That will be impossible now, thanks to a federal judge who’s threatening to send the man responsible for exposing the grisly business to jail.
The Double Murder of Otto Warmbier
June 21st, 2017 1:17 PM
We may never know what brutal torture and malign neglect American student Otto Warmbier suffered at the hands of North Korea's dictatorship before losing his life this week at the age of 22. But it wasn't the first time the free-spirited Ohio native died. More than a year before succumbing to the unknown illness or injury that left him in a coma thousands of miles away from home, Otto Warmbier's…

Why So Much Rage?
June 20th, 2017 3:46 PM
“Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing?” (Psalm 2:1 KJV) That didn't take long. Less than 48 hours after the shooting rampage targeting Republican members of Congress and their staff on a baseball field in Alexandria, Virginia, followed by the picture of Republicans and Democrats kneeling in prayer at Nationals Park before their annual charity game, things returned to normal…
The Real Collusion: The Media and the Washington Political Class
June 17th, 2017 4:05 PM
Last week, astoundingly from ex-FBI Director James Comey of all people, we learn this of his look into the Hillary Clinton e-mail fiasco: “At one point the attorney general had directed me not to call it investigation, but instead to call it a matter, which concerned and confused me.” A look back into the mists of the Obama era and we find stories like this one, as headlined here for a George…
Rape Fakers Must Pay a Higher Price
June 16th, 2017 12:09 PM
It's settled, but far from over. The University of Virginia fraternity that was slimed and defamed by sicko fabulist Sabrina Erdely will receive a $1.65 million payment, the fraternity announced this week.
Erdely's manufactured tale of gang rape by Phi Kappa Psi members, spun through a manipulated UVA student dubbed "Jackie" and published by left-wing Rolling Stone magazine, combusted…
