The liberal media grew increasingly excited at the prospects of impeaching President Trump over the weekend. So much so, that some were outright encouraging Democrats to pursue it. During an appearance on Sunday’s Meet the Press, Princeton University professor Eddie Glaude Jr. warned Democrats that if they didn’t impeach Trump, then they’ll be punished by their radical liberal base.

According to recent court filings, President Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen told federal prosecutors that he was directed by the then-candidate to pay hush money to two women to help sway the outcome of the 2016 election. Participating in a panel discussion for the Recode Decode podcast with fellow NBC News colleagues Chuck Todd and Hallie Jackson, on Wednesday, Andrea Mitchell told host Kara Swisher that two of the reasons for Hillary Clinton’s defeat in the 2016 presidential election were “gaslighting” from the Trump campaign and “the unfairness of the media.”

Thursday night, NBC's Superstore proved to us once again that they are super liberal with an illegal immigration plotline. Did I say illegal? Excuse me for not using the politically correct term “undocumented” that was littered throughout the episode as part of an effort to make it seem less wrong.

With the nation still in mourning from the passing of former President George H.W. Bush, NBC spent six minutes, 19 seconds during their Thursday evening broadcast on stories that amounted to bad news for President Trump and/or the Republican Party before they finally got around to mentioning the final day of the funeral services.

On Wednesday's Late Night with Seth Meyers, aired early Thursday, NBC host Meyers provided far-left British journalist Mehdi Hasan an unchallenged forum to excoriate former President George H.W. Bush for the deaths of Iraqis and Panamanians, as well as the Willie Horton campaign issue and Bush's reaction to the AIDS epidemic.

They just couldn’t help themselves. During their Wednesday evening reports on the deeply touching and emotional funeral service for the late President George H.W. Bush at the National Cathedral, broadcast networks ABC, CBS, and NBC had to get in their digs against President Trump for his behavior (or lack thereof). One even touted how Trump managed to keep his mouth shut about Bush all week.

During an interview with President George H.W. Bush’s granddaughters, Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Bush, on Wednesday’s Today show, co-host Savannah Guthrie observed: “Even as little kids, Jenna and Barbara were painfully aware of the criticism their grandfather faced, but still, they knew the man behind the presidency.”

France’s increasingly violent “yellow vest” protests began as grassroots, working-class opposition to a fuel tax hike that was promoted by the government as climate change action. But network stories about the protests ignored the environmental motivations most of the time.
