On Tuesday, CNN’s New Day hosts John Berman and Alisyn Camerota brandished a decision by a California judge that temporarily halted President Trump’s recent executive action on asylum. Yet back in 2012 when it was former President Obama’s DACA order on the chopping block, hosts on CNN rushed to defend the President’s ability to enact immigration policy without Congressional approval.

The panel on CNN’s New Day Tuesday morning used the Ivanka Trump email story to fawn over Hillary Clinton, admitting regret over giving it “too much” attention during the 2016 election cycle. The journalists revealed their bias in calling it a “bogus” story to begin with, complaining that they probably helped seal her defeat by giving it attention.

After being arrested on felony domestic violence charges last week, there was a new chapter in the saga of Michael Avenatti’s alleged abuse late Monday night when news broke that New York actress Mareli Miniutti had filed a domestic violence restraining order against him. On CNN's "State of the Union," host Jake Tapper three times presses losing Dem Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams as to whether she acknowledges that her Republican opponent, Brian Kemp, will be the "legitimate"  governor. Abrams refuses to do so, conceding only that Kemp "received an adequate number of votes" and hence would be the "legal" governor.

On Friday's CNN Tonight, Don Lemon hosted a panel discussion of why most white women voted for Donald Trump that was stacked three to one against conservatives. Liberal contributor Kirsten Powers argued that such women must be "racist" because they voted for Trump, while UC Berkeley Professor Stephanie Jones-Rogers argued that women have long benefited from "white supremacy" even while being "…

The House Ethics Committee reprimanded Democrat Rep. Ruben Kihuen, accused of sexual harassment, and Republican Rep. Mark Meadows for his handling of sexual harassment by an aide.   The resulting coverage from the New York Times and CNN was a classic example of the double standards the media applies to Democratic and Republican scandals.

So on Friday, a Trump-appointed federal judge, per Fox News, “ruled in favor of CNN...allowing the network’s star reporter Jim Acosta to temporarily regain access to his White House press credential.” Full stop. Let’s turn to Fox’s own Tucker Carlson the night before this decision was issued. CNN, he said, is “claiming to defend free speech only when it is their free speech.” He also said:
