On the heels of network coverage hyping liberal fears that fake news stories shared on Facebook and across social media fueled Donald Trump’s election victory, on Friday, NBC’s Today and CBS This Morning touted President Obama pushing the issue during a Thursday press conference overseas.

After roughly a year and a half since her horrendously far-left and utterly terrible MSNBC show was cancelled, CBS News announced on Wednesday that Alex Wagner will have a full-time TV gig again as she was named co-host of CBS This Morning: Saturday to replace Vinita Nair.  

Jon Stewart may have surprised people on Thursday as he called out fellow liberals and demanded they stop trashing all Trump voters as a bunch of bigots. CBS This Morning co-host Charlie Rose apparently expected the ex-Daily Show host to blast the new president-elect. Rose wondered if Stewart’s reaction to Trump is “fear.” 

Peaceful protest is a protected right in America. Trespassing on private property, tire slashing, damaging equipment, arson, Molotov cocktail-throwing and shooting at police are not acts of protest. They are crimes. Even eco-terrorism. Yet, the network news media sympathetically covered the “activists,” “protesters” and “demonstrators” in North Dakota opposing completion of the Dakota Access oil…

The journalists at CBS This Morning on Wednesday touted the effort on the left to abolish the electoral college in the wake of Hillary Clinton’s loss. Reporter Tony Dokoupil insisted that the political process “may be upended next.” The morning show featured the angry, sometimes violent, crowds who chanted “not my president” and “Donald Trump has got to go!”

On Wednesday, the network morning shows were in full panic mode as anchors and correspondents breathlessly reported that Donald Trump went to dinner with his family Tuesday night without alerting the traveling press pool. The President-Elect’s excursion to a Manhattan steakhouse was labeled “chaos” and an affront to the principle of “transparency.”

Eager to seize on anything that could explain away Donald Trump’s victory, on Monday, all three network morning shows promoted the left’s latest excuse that false stories being shared on Facebook tilted the election in the President-Elect’s favor.

Comedy Central’s Trevor Noah has apparently recovered enough from declaring election night the “end of the world” to lament the “misogyny” Hillary Clinton faced as a candidate. Maybe it’s Bernie Sanders’s fault that Hillary Clinton lost? That’s the latest blame game theory brought up on Monday’s CBS This Morning. Co-host Norah O’Donnell talked to Clinton’s primary opponent and wondered if he had “guilt” and “responsibility” for bringing up trust issues during the early part of the campaign. 

All three networks on Thursday spotlighted violent, anti-Donald Trump protests across the country. On ABC’s Good Morning America, Gio Benitez noted the tear gas, the fires and chaos, but insisted, “From the ballot box to the streets of New York, these people are letting their voices be heard.” 

After Donald Trump’s major upset victory in the presidential race, on Wednesday’s CBS This Morning, co-host Gayle King was perplexed by political analyst Frank Luntz explaining that Hillary Clinton “was actually not a good candidate.” She replied: “Did we hear that she was not a good candidate before last night?”

CNN's Alisyn Camerota one-upped her Big Three network peers on Tuesday's New Day by pressing Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine over running mate Hillary Clinton's not having a "message of unity" during their campaign. Camerota played a clip of Mrs. Clinton claiming she will "be a president for all Americans" and wondered, "Why hasn't Hillary Clinton been hitting that message harder…

On Tuesday, the broadcast networks lead off their Election Day coverage by gushing over Hillary Clinton casting her ballot in Chappaqua, New York. The 8:00 a.m. ET breaking news coverage on the CBS, ABC, and NBC morning shows celebrated the “momentous moment” in which the Democratic nominee would find out if her “dream” of being president “comes true.”

The journalists at CBS This Morning on Monday preemptively demanded to know if Donald Trump will be a “graceful” and “gracious” loser after Tuesday’s voting. Charlie Rose, Norah O’Donnell and Gayle King grilled the businessman’s campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway. In contrast, Hillary Clinton’s top operative received more questions on the state of the race.
