Meryl Streep Says ‘I’m Scared’ of Trump in Talk With Stephen Colbert

The longer Donald Trump remains the occupant of the White House, the more difficult it becomes for virtually anyone in entertainment to discuss the GOP official without spewing enormous amounts of venom. A recent example of this came on Saturday, when long-time actress Meryl Streep told CBS Late Show host  (and frequent Trump basher) Stephen Colbert during a fund-raising event in New Jersey that…

MSNBC: Comparing Trump to Mob Bosses Unfair . . . to Mob Bosses

On Morning Joe, Willie Geist approvingly quotes a tweet by MSNBC legal analyst Daniel Goldman, who wrote that comparing President Trump to mob bosses is unfair to mob bosses, because they "are far smarter and way more savvy and discreet than Trump." Geist adds that, unlike the President, mob bosses "can't pardon the witnesses they tamper with."

'Bull' on Trump Era: 'Terrible Moment in History of Country'

As the immigration battle and talk of refugees seeking asylum rages on, CBS’s December 3 episode of Bull, “Separation,” takes a crack at the issue. At least, it attempts to in the hour long episode, complete with a cop-out at the end, a tactic the show has been prone to.

ABC/NBC Hide How Paris Is Burning in Opposition to Climate Change Bill

When President Trump pulled the United States out of the Paris climate accord the liberal media had a global warming sized meltdown. During their Monday reports about the now deadly riots, ABC and…

'No Spin'? ABC Promo Claims They Offer 'Give It to Me Straight' News

In the era of Donald Trump, where the media cannot restrain themselves from denouncing the president with the most emotional contempt, it’s absolutely puzzling that a national news network would think that taking this position was a “No Spin” stance. But there, at the end of Sunday’s “This Week – you know, the show “With George Stephanopoulos” – was an ad touting ABC as the place for “give it to…

Bizarre Moment During Bush Coverage: Moran Attacks Overpaid CEOs???

Much of the coverage of the death of George H.W. Bush’s death has been kind and respectful. Some has been nasty. Then there’s the just plain weird. ABC journalist Terry Moran during streaming coverage, decided to take a shot at overpaid CEOS? Huh? He began by lamenting how Americans are all “in their corners” and not really listening to each other. Moran then stretched for this weird moment:

Amid coverage of the death of former President George H.W. Bush, early Monday afternoon, an MSNBC panel spent more time mourning the state of the Republican Party under President Trump than remembering the 41st president. The discussion took a particularly disturbing turn when RealClearPolitics Associate Editor A.B. Stoddard compared the GOP to children of an alcoholic parent.

Though there have been many nice tributes recounting the life and legacy of George H.W. Bush, there’s also been the typically nasty moments one might expect from journalists in the liberal media. NYT Finds GOP 'Baffled' Post-2018, But 2010 Tidal Wave Met By Warnings

Hypersensitive to any sign of Republican weakness, real or exaggerated, the New York Times used front-page space Monday to push political reporter Jonathan Martin’s “House G.O.P. Brushes Off Losses, Leaving Some Members Baffled.” The Democrats certainly had a good election in the 2018 midterms, gaining around 41 House seats (but losing two in the Senate) against a Republican president. But…
