CNN Dismisses Dems Inciting at Trump Events as 'Conspiracy Theories'

On Wednesday's Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN, during a discussion of President Donald Trump's response to the recent targeting of Jewish sites, liberal CNN commentators Kirsten Powers and Errol Louis -- as well as host Anderson Cooper -- all had a problem with Trump advisor Anthony Scaramucci recently reminding the media that no one knows whether the culprits are Democrats or Republicans. And…

Rather Laments Press Doesn’t Have Power to Subpoena President Trump

Thursday morning disgraced former CBS News anchor Dan Rather took to his Facebook page, as has become his newfound routine, to criticize Donald Trump and praise the press for doing a “great job” hounding the president. Rather, whose own unethical journalism cost him his career, seems to relish pretending he’s still a journalist and an untainted purveyor of truth.

On Sessions Story, CBS Cites Man Who Compared Trump to Hitler

CBS This Morning journalist Anthony Mason on Thursday cited a man who compared Donald Trump to the Nazis as an example of supposed building pressure “from the right” on Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Talking to Republican operative Dan Senor about two meetings Sessions had last year with the Russian ambassador, Mason hyped, “There's pressure in some cases coming from the right on this.”

NYT’s Thrush Gets Snide on Trump, as TV Critic Hits ‘Fearmongering'

President Trump’s first address to a joint session of Congress was analyzed live by an assortment of NYT journalists. Glenn Thrush, a Politico alum now with the New York Times, stood out as more partisan than the other journalists, which is pretty tough. And Times politicized television critic Jamie Poniewozik saw dark, possibly violent anti-immigrant fear-mongering behind Trump’s positive tone.

MRC’s Gainor on FBN: Don’t Expect Truce Between Trump and Media

MRC Vice President of Business and Culture Dan Gainor said President Trump’s speech to a joint session of Congress was like Tom Brady’s Super Bowl comeback, but predicted the media will keep “going after him.” “When you get Glenn Thrush, Richard Engel, and Van Jones all complimenting you on your speech, you’ve pretty much done well” Gainor said on March 1, during an appearance on Fox Business…

Columbus Dispatch, AP Fail To Cite Minimum Wage in Wendy's Kiosk Move

A week ago, the Columbus Dispatch reported that Wendy's, the fast-food chain, announced "plans to install self-ordering kiosks in 1,000 of its stores — about 16 percent of its locations — by the end of the year." Although company officials observed 18 months ago that such a move would be inevitable if the trend towards laws demanding far-above-market minimum wages continued, both J.D. Malone's…

TV News vs. President Trump: The First 30 Days

A new American President is always a big story, but TV news is obsessed with the Trump administration — and not in a good way. In the first 30 days (January 20 to February 18), our analysts determined that the President and his team were the subject of 16 hours of coverage on just the Big Three evening newscasts, or more than half (54%) of all of the news coverage during this period. And while…

On Wednesday night’s episode of ABC’s gay propaganda miniseries When We Rise, “Night II,” the lesbians attempt to prove that so-called “male interference” is not required to have a child, while the gays think there's government interference on AIDS, with attacks on conservatives and President Reagan thrown in for good measure.

CNN’s Van Jones: ‘Liberals Are in Grave Danger’ of Losing to Trump

During Wednesday’s Anderson Cooper 360, he explained that so far the Democrats plan is “to put him on trial about protocol about politeness,” but cautioned that “He has run…

Henderson Wrongly Claims Illegals Commit Less Crime Than US Citizens

Add Nia-Malika Henderson and Erin Burnett to the list of CNN personalities still clinging to incorrect claims that illegal immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than the general population. On Wednesday's Erin Burnett Outfront, CNN reporter Henderson fretted that President Donald Trump was "otherizing" illegal immigrants as she claimed that he was wrong in linking illegals to crime. She even…
