On Thursday, both NBC’s Today and ABC’s Good Morning America gleefully touted a new “rallying cry” among Democrats and liberal activists in the wake of Republicans admonishing Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren for attacking Attorney General Jeff Sessions on the Senate floor ahead of his confirmation vote.

All three networks on Wednesday sympathized with Elizabeth Warren, lamenting that the uncivil Republicans on Capitol Hill “silenced” her as things got “nasty.” ABC, CBS and NBC focused less on the Democratic Senator’s smear that Republican Jeff Sessions is a racist and more on the affront against Warren being cut-off mid-speech. 

Before Vice President Mike Pence delivered the tie-breaking vote in the Senate to confirm President Trump’s Education Secretary nominee Betsy DeVos during the noon ET hour on Tuesday, all three network morning shows heralded Democratic senators pulling an “all-nighter” in an attempt to obstruct her confirmation.

NBC and ABC on Wednesday danced around explicitly explaining that liberal Democrats like Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer previously supported Neil Gorsuch when he was up for an appeals court judgeship. Only CBS This Morning went beyond the bland notation of the now-Supreme Court nominee’s “unanimous” approval.
