Last month, Fox's Family Guy premiered an episode in which the characters imagined President Trump, First Lady Melania and Vice President Pence hanging themselves in prison. So it should not be surprising that this week's episode, "Pawtucket Pat," on December 6 went all in on biased political caricatures popular among the left. 

On Friday night, CNN journalists were again stretching to inject race into issues and to portray Republicans as racists as White House correspondent John Harwood speculated that congressional Republicans might work better with a President Joe Biden because he is white.

Despite an occasional dip into political correctness, CBS’s Blue Bloods usually takes the rare stance in defending the police in media. Thankfully, the latest episode continues that trend with the show standing up against the charge of “systemic racism” in the NYPD at the height of anti-copaganda. Christmas season is truly the time for miracles.

Network television has devoted this fall season to the BLM narrative and endless racial guilt-tripping. Television writers apparently prefer that white Americans walk on eggshells in their relationships with black friends and neighbors than just treat everyone as fellow human beings.

Come on, guys. Everyone knows that beyond instigating a violent insurrection and anarchy against law enforcement, “defund the police” isn’t really a viable campaign policy. Even Barry Obama knows this. In a recent interview, the former president decried the slogan and the radical leftists at Jezebel blasted him for his lack of commitment to their most radical policy dreams.

President Obama is taking heat from the progressive wing of his party for saying in a Tuesday interview that younger progressives need to drop terms like “defund the police” to get their agenda accomplished. This mild constructive criticism also drew the ire of far-left The View co-host Sunny Hostin, who bitterly battled her liberal co-hosts for agreeing with Obama’s assessment.
