In the last 36 hours, CNN and the Fox News Channel (FNC) came to blows following a report by CNN media reporter Dylan Byers that FNC host Sean Hannity whipped out a gun and pointed it at Juan Williams following a heated debate last year on the set of his eponymous show.   

On Friday afternoon, a slew of CNN personalities could barely contain their approval with the German journalists who questioned President Trump, swooning how they exclusively stuck to the wiretapping claims and should be given “kudos” for their questions from the left. 

Appearing on the 11 a.m. ET hour of MSNBC on Thursday, California Democratic Congressman Ted Lieu laughably told viewers of the left-wing network: “The best way to oppose fake news is for people to watch outlets like MSNBC, where you report real news all the time.”

In an interview with Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow for Friday’s NBC Today, correspondent Stephanie Gosk worried that the conservative media figure did not think it was “dangerous” for the President to criticize the press: “President Trump calling the, quote, ‘fake news media,’ ‘the enemy of the American people.’ That kind of extreme language, is that not damaging to our democracy?”

MSNBC's Morning Joe opened Friday's show with a juvenille montage of news and entertainment highlights. The one minute-and-fifty-four-second mix-up reel began with a reporter asking White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer whether or not President Donald Trump still stands by his accusation his predecessor ordered wiretapping of Trump Tower during the 2016 election. 

President Trump's first budget proposed to end funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, something we at the MRC have advocated throughout our history. It's not fair that conservative taxpayers should have to subsidize propaganda programs that insult their political philosophy and assault their favorite politicians.

On Thursday’s edition of the Fox Business Network’s Risk and Reward, the Media Research Center’s Tim Graham ripped MSNBC host Rachel Maddow and her epic fail regarding Trump’s 2005 tax return, equating it to “a Dixie cup full of sea monkeys” instead of “slay[ing] the sea monster.”

On CNN's New Day Thursday, co-host Chris Cuomo said that President Donald Trump is like a "hoisted on his own petard." This remark occurred during a panel discussion regarding a House Intelligence Committee report concluding there is no evidence that former President Barack Obama ordered wiretapping of Trump Tower.

Wednesday afternoon, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow gave an interview to the Associated Press defending her actions following her epic fail regarding the tease and reveal of President Trump’s 2005 tax returns by blaming viewers for overblowing the revelation.

It didn't take long for CNN to expose its bias against President Donald Trump's 2005 tax returns. At the top of the first hour of CNN's New Day on Wednesday, reporter Suzanne Malveaux said, "The release of President Trump's 2005 taxes raises more questions than answers like whether he skipped out on paying his fair share of taxes more recently."
