Filmmaker Michael Moore discovered some lefty political inspiration over the weekend after a viewing of new DC comic book film Joker. The Fahrenheit 11/9 director likened the flick to a sort of anti-Trump manifesto, where the “dispossesed decide to fight back” against evil societal forces which mirror our country’s own “Joker Jr.” president, and gun violence.

While the liberal media attack business leaders they disagree with, they are happy to help promote CEO calls for action when that action furthers the liberal agenda. That’s what The New York Times and CNN did by promoting CEO demands for gun control legislation on Sept. 12. Crediting business leaders, the Times claimed “The market is demanding action — and businesses are listening.” 

In an appearance on Sunday’s This Week, Senator Ted Cruz (R) schooled Clinton lackey and ABC chief anchor George Stephanopoulos on the ineffectiveness of Democratic gun control legislation. In the process, Senator Cruz called out Democrats for working on plans to confiscate the firearms of law-abiding Americans. Meanwhile, Stephanopoulos was trying to get Cruz to sign onto Democratic proposals.
