On Thursday's New Day, during her latest voter panel discussion, CNN host Alisyn Camerota misleadingly hinted that immigrants like members of the current caravan are not actually breaking the law by crossing the border without permission as long as they request asylum after they are apprehended.

In an exclusive interview with President Trump broadcasted on Thursday’s Good Morning America, White House correspondent Jonathan Karl badgered the president on just about every issue, from the illegal alien caravan to the midterms. Given Gutiérrez’ history, perhaps it would’ve been best that he sit this one out.
