For those that had to yet to be convinced, January 2021 revealed chief White House medical advisor Dr. Tony Fauci to be a man of both medicine and politics. Nets Dismiss Jobs Destroyed By Biden’s Ban on New Oil & Gas Drilling
With the stroke of a pen Wednesday, President Biden wiped out what will be a plethora of jobs in the oil and natural gas industry when he signed an executive order banning new drilling on federal lands. The ban was spun as just a “pause” and a “freeze” by the broadcast networks as they tried to downplay and dismiss concerns of lost jobs, suggesting they could just get new ones at a time when…
NEW NewsBusters Podcast: President Biden's 'Devout Catholic' Schtick
On the latest engrossing offering of the NewsBusters Podcast, executive editor Tim Graham discusses how a recent flurry of articles have presented President Biden as a “devout Catholic” and the New York Times even claimed he was “the most religiously observant commander in chief in half a century.”
CNN, NPR Agree: With Trump Gone, Late Night Comedy Can Be Fun Again!
From 2015 until Joe Biden entered the Oval Office, late night comedy became anything but funny, with comedians like Stephen Colbert and SNL alum Seth Meyers becoming rage-filled political commentators obsessed with President Trump. Their work effectively helping the DNC didn’t stop with hating Trump; they actually became more obnoxious sycophants puffing up Democrat politicians, as well.
Williams Lets Never Trumper Suggest Hawley Be Horse Whipped
On Monday's The 11th Hour how, MSNBC as Brian Williams held his latest segment featuring never Trumper ex-Republicans to bash their former party, the MSNBC anchor responded approvingly after frequent guest Rick Wilson suggested that Senator Josh Hawley should be "horse-whipped," and that the Missouri Republican has no soul, as he placed partial blame on Hawley for the Capitol Hill riots.
Superfan Roker Thrilled Biden Dictating Radical Climate Policy By Fiat
On Wednesday, NBC’s Today show weatherman and adoring Joe Biden groupie Al Roker could barely contain his excitement over the President planning to issue executive orders that would force through radical climate change policies. Roker gushed over Biden preparing to declare climate change a “national security priority” and treated a top White House environmental advisor to a softball chat to…
Ben Shapiro Column: This Is Not Normal
For four years, we were informed by our establishment media that President Donald Trump's behavior was "not normal." The abnormality of Trump's behavior became a near rallying cry for the self-appointed heroes of journalism, who spent every waking hour poring over his bizarre tweets and his bloviating self-absorption. The media dedicated themselves to preventing Trump's supposed normalization…
Hostin Declares Republicans Are the QAnon, 'Far Right Extremist Party'
Ever since January 6, the media has been pushing hard the notion that domestic terrorists and QAnon conspiracy theorists are directly and only associated with the millions of Americans who call themselves Republicans and/or voted for former President Trump. Now, some in the media are taking this ludicrous smear even further by declaring that if you call yourself a Republican, you are…
Gag Me With a Samovar! CNN Slobbers Over Biden-Putin Phone Call
On New Day, CNN International correspondent Frederik Pleitgen gushed over President Biden's phone call with Vladimir Putin: "It certainly does seem to have been very productive. In fact, impressively productive . . . President Biden managed to do something that the Trump administration did not manage to do . . . And it certainly does seem to have yielded some very early, and some very quick,…
NY Times to Fauci: Did You Warn Trump He Was Going to Get You Killed?
Monday’s New York Times hosted Dr. Anthony Fauci, infectious disease expert, former coronavirus advisor to Donald Trump, and media darling, as he again unloaded on Trump: “Fauci on What Working for Trump Was Really Like.” Yet as the pandemic spread in early spring, Fauci insisted that the public shouldn't be wearing masks. He later admitted to conjuring up herd immunity numbers. Donald McNeil…
Media Revolving Door Revolves Again: Truth Is on the Upswing, Right?
After retiring from the Navy as a rear admiral in 2015, John Kirby became the spokesman for the Obama State Department, which led to him to getting a job at CNN as an analyst during the Trump presidency. Now that a Democrat is back in charge, Kirby has gone through the revolving door once more to once again become press secretary at the Pentagon, a position he held while still in uniform in…

One Last Time: Bye-Bye Tom Brokaw!
On Friday, Tom Brokaw formally retired from NBC News. If you are confused it’s because he already had one retirement when he vacated the NBC Nightly News anchor chair for Brian Williams back in 2004. But like a college professor who awkwardly still hung out with kids decades younger than him he hung around the NBC offices in an Anchor Emeritus role. We here at NewsBusters offer on last…
Column: Susan Rice and the Fact-Checker Farce
Seeing Susan Rice at the White House podium in 2021, a friend of mine suggested Rice has never been “fact-checked.” Well, that can’t be, I thought. Then I went to the PolitiFact website, which strangely had a Susan Rice page....but not a single “fact check” of Rice, even though PolitiFact was founded in 2007 and Rice worked for Obama from 2009 to 2017.
