Strassmann, on the CBS Evening News and CBS Mornings shows was the only journalist to repeatedly note that the powerful Los Angeles politician who went on a racist rant is a Democrat. ABC barely noticed it. NBC covered the story once on Tuesday, but made no mention of party affiliation.

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough brags that, unlike Ohio Republican Senate candidate J.D. Vance, he wouldn't stand for Trump or anyone trying to emasculate him. He shouldn't say such a thing, given his history supporting Trump.
