On Sunday’s Media Buzz on the Fox News Channel, host Howard Kurtz opened his show by ripping into the media’s hyper partisan coverage of the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade. Kurtz compared the media’s freak outs to their reaction after the Supreme Court legalized same sex marriage, as well as the orignial ruling in Roe v. Wade in 1973. 

For the second Sunday in a row, ABC’s This Week spent a good portion of the program ringing their hands over the Supreme Court’s historic decision to overturn Roe v. Wade with one guest even referring to the court as “a malignant force in the country.” 

On her MSNBC show, Tiffany Cross condemned companies that on the one hand pay travel expenses for employees traveling to states where abortion is legal but also contribute to pro-life politicians. She said "you can't dance with the Devil and the Lord at the same time."

For people who spend most of their time warning of the dangers to “our democracy,” media pundits seem to know very little about how the American government is supposed to function. Take MSNBC’s Joy Reid, for example, as she spent the first five minutes of Thursday night’s ReidOut bewailing the numerous monumental cases decided by the Supreme Court this term.

Pro-lifers have routinely cited abortion laws in countries like China and North Korea as proof of Democratic extremism on the subject, but MSNBC’s Ali Velshi used his Saturday show to suggest that those two countries, as well as other dictatorships, prove that the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision was the radical position and that America is no longer a free country because of it.

Even by his standards, MSNBC presidential historian Michael Beschloss brought some absurd analysis to Friday’s edition of The 11th Hour where he claimed that for as supposedly bad as this Supreme Court term was, it could get even worse next term and that it is possible that the U.S. has seen its last “fair and free presidential election”

Leftists in the media and on Twitter whined after the U.S. Supreme Court delivered a major victory to constitutional originalists, this time on energy policy.

The trio of Chelsea Handler, Seth Meyers, and Stephen Colbert continued their lamentations at the downfall of Roe v. Wade on their Thursday night and Friday morning shows. The trio did everything from rage at random Twitter accounts, give the Supreme Court an “F” grade, and invited Justice Thomas to “suck it.”

The liberal media have sympathetically covered the myriad of crises President Biden has faced, portraying Biden as the victim of forces outside of his control. According to CNN's At This Hour on Thursday, those odious forces now include the U.S. Supreme Court because of their monumental decisions over the past month and, as a result, plunged the country towards authoritarianism.
