On Saturday, LA Times contributor Kurt Bardella proclaimed on PoliticsNation that former President Ronald Reagan was “a racist” and is to blame for the purported uptick in discrimination toward Asian Americans. MSNBC’s race-baiting host Al Sharpton invited Bardella and Black Lives Matter activist Brittany Packnett Cunningham on to assist him in his routine demonization of conservatives.

On Tuesday, the hacky liberal hosts of CBS This Morning predictably rushed to exploit recent mass shootings in order to push for the restriction of gun rights. During an interview with Democratic Colorado Congressman Joe Neguse, anchor and Democratic Party donor Gayle King demanded action as she blamed the entire nation for the violence: “What is wrong with you, United States of America?”

Reality appears to be setting in for some of the networks this week as they are finally, belatedly waking up to the horror at the border, calling the situation a “crisis,” even in the Biden administration won’t. ABC’s Good Morning America on Tuesday obtained video of the detention centers with reporter Cecilia Vega decrying Joe Biden’s “jail-like” kids in cages debacle.

The Democratic National Committee doesn't need to start its own network when it has MSNBC. That point was proved yet again on Monday as MSNBC Live's hosts and journalists admitted to suddenly being "intrigued" by the "democracy reform" case pushed by Democrats for D.C. statehood. Conveniently, that would work out well for Democrats as they'd almost certainly get two more senators. 

TV journalists spent the past week running cover for President Biden as his administration struggled to manage the migrant surge at the border, frequently reminding viewers that the border posed a “difficult” and “complex problem.” Some even repeated the Democrat talking point that Biden had “inherited” the crisis from the previous administration. Hateful John Oliver, the leftist host of HBO’s Last Week Tonight, on Sunday trashed Meghan McCain as “giving space for hate to grow” and tried to smear her as contributing to last week’s horrific shooting of Asian Americans in a spa. The idea of Oliver, who joked about shooting Christian Tebow.
