On Wednesday night, news broke that fake news victim and Department of Labor official Leif Olson was reinstated to his position in the Wage and Hour Division after a hatchet job by senior Bloomberg Law reporter Ben Penn forced him out last week. Despite Bloomberg saying they took the false claim of anti-Semitism out of the headline, they refused to retract the story and/or apologize to Olson and only sought to “clarify”.

On the Fox News Channel Thursday night, primetime host Tucker Carlson and The Hill’s Joe Concha were turned loose to ridicule MSNBC and Last Word host Lawrence O’Donnell, invoking a few of his worst moments alongside his fake news story that claimed President Trump’s Deutsche Bank loans were co-signed alongside Russian oligarchs. They noted that the faux macho man was a case study in how, when it comes to Comcast’s news properties, accountability is non-existent where falsehoods and ugly rhetoric are welcomed.

Claire McCaskill, the former Democratic Senator from Missouri who lost re-election to Josh Hawley in 2018, has settled in well to her new role as an NBC News political analyst. The woman whose final pitch to the voters in 2018 was “I’m not one of those crazy Democrats” now spends her time on cable television lying about the Trump Administration’s record on guns.

In a special NBC News investigation aired Thursday's NBC Nightly News, anchor Lester Holt and chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel explained how Russia aimed to “spread racial tensions in America. It comes from new research showing Russians are behind the push to spread some of the most shocking viral videos.” But the kicker? Some of those same viral videos were proliferated by NBC News themselves.

A prank tweet made a member of Congress and President Trump look bad. Twitter then allowed that tweet to trend. HBO writer Dan Lyons posted a tweet that attributed this fake quote to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH): “While Obama and Biden were cowering in fear on Air Force 1, Mr. Trump was on the ground with first responders searching for survivors and pulling people to safety. I remember seeing him on TV, running toward the danger.” This tweet was trending on July 30 under “Obama and Biden” in the top 10 tweet trends.

As BBC's Years and Years, which has aired in the United States on HBO, came to a close with Episode 6 airing July 29, the writers couldn't help but throw in some more comparisons between evil Prime Minister Vivienne Rook (Emma Thompson) and President Donald Trump.

If you’re a Hollywood lefty hoping for the total annihilation of President Donald Trump, then Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s congressional testimony on Wednesday was your day of vindication — well it was supposed to be anyways.

Reporter Matthew Rosenberg got his feelings hurt over a parody Joe Biden website, on the front of Sunday’s New York Times: “The Deception Of a Biden Site That’s Not His.” He devoted 2,400 words of investigative reporting to finding the name behind a website with the audacity to mock a Democrat. Rosenberg didn’t see the funny side: "For much of the last three months, the most popular Joseph R. Biden Jr. website has been a slick little piece of disinformation that is designed to look like the former vice president’s official campaign page, yet is most definitely not pro-Biden...He brushed off a question about whether GIFs of Mr. Biden touching women, devoid of any context, represented facts."

On June 21, New York Magazine published a story by journalist E. Jean Carroll accusing President Trump of rape. The incident occured more than two decades ago. Even though the media has jumped on every sexual misconduct allegation against Trump, journalists have been relatively mum about Carroll’s violent story. Despite the media’s doubt, Hollywood celebrities were quick to condemn Trump as a vicious serial rapist.

The results of a recent research poll signify the astonishing resentment the American people have toward the press. According to the study, the vast majority of the country distrusts the liberal media. Talking heads at CNN and MSNBC dedicate their livelihoods to lambasting the duly elected President, yet they are puzzled as to why the population holds them in low standing.

Liberal journalists are determined not to give Donald Trump a win on anything. And that includes his win in achieving a deal with Mexico to curb illegal immigration. This proved too stressful for the media to handle, thus they resorted to their favorite hobby of criticizing the President in any form possible.

Yesterday, the medical journal Annals of Internal Medicine released a study on the physical health effects of abortion and the left-wing media jumped on it. While most media outlets simply reported what the publication stated, Salon decided to take the extra step of inserting their own lefty conclusions.
