Good Morning America on Tuesday scored an exclusive interview with Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, allowing the Democrat to hype her new book. Not mentioned at all in the interview? Her history of anti-Semitic remarks as well as other controversies. Shockingly, however, co-host Amy Robach pressed Omar (twice) on the woman accusing Joe Biden of sexual assault.

Nary a day goes by that Morning Joe does not aver some variation on the notion that President Trump is not "well." But perhaps the time has come for Scarborough to take a hard look in the mirror. The corrosive effects of his unrelenting hatred of the president seem to be taking a toll on Scarborough's psyche. 

NPR's badly named evening newscast All Things Considered recently devoted two eight-minute segments to anchor Audie Cornish soliciting the radical thoughts of Muslim activists in Dearborn, Michigan. In the first, a man named Iltefat Hamzavi fried up this hate nugget: "I've been at many dinner tables where somebody voted for Trump. And you're like, that's like chickens voting for Chick-fil-A." This week, the world marked the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz by Allied forces during World War II. Politicians of all stripes dutifully tweeted, “#NeverAgain.” Meanwhile, many of those same politicians continued to forward the worst sort of anti-Semitism, blithely ignoring the fact that anti-Semitism isn't a relic of the past but a thriving part of the present.

A study funded by grants from liberal billionaire George Soros claimed that conservative news outlets and figures amplified xenophobic and hateful “attacks” against Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN). The authors of the Social Science Research Council study found that there was “a social media narrative of manufactured outrage that was disproportionately Islamophobic, xenophobic, racist, and misogynistic.”

In the midst of covering Tuesday night’s Democratic debate, on Wednesday, all three network morning shows excitedly shared the news that far-left New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and radical Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar would be endorsing socialist Senator Bernie Sanders for President. None of the extreme views or scandals of either left-wing lawmaker were mentioned.

Last Thursday, the press in Ilhan Omar's home base of Minneapolis reported the congresswoman filed for divorce after a previous round of stories noted a wife of one of her political strategists, Tim Mynette, accused Omar of adultery with her husband in their divorce papers. During Wednesday’s Full Frontal, TBS host Samantha Bee conducted what was not surprisingly softball interview with Congresswoman and so-called “Squad” member Ilhan Omar (D-MN), which included Bee fantasizing about joining “the Squad.”

It might have been football Sunday, but CBS and Face the Nation moderator Margaret Brennan offered up slow-pitch softballs to anti-Semitic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (MN). Downplaying her guest’s “sometimes controversial” comments, Brennan asked simple questions that allowed Omar to freely make excuses. Of course, Brennan ignored Omar’s raging anti-Semitism.

Just as he did during last year’s name-reading at the 9/11 remembrance ceremony at Ground Zero, 9/11 victim Nicholas Haros Jr. used his time to speak to those in Washington, D.C. who fail in their duty to treat the day with reverence. On Wednesday, his denouncement was of anti-Semitic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) for her infamous “some people did something” chide against the solemn day.

Morning Joe ripped a resolution adopted by the Alabama Republican Party calling for the expulsion from Congress of Ilhan Omar, but fails to mention the latest controversies concerning her, in which she has been accused of conducting an affair with a married man, and paying him and his consulting firm hundreds of thousands of dollars in possible violation of campaign finance law.
