In a bizarre moment on Thursday's Hardball in which host Chris Matthews noted how many suburban conservative are "embarrassed" by party nomination frontrunner Donald Trump, the MSNBC host subtly attacked these voters as "white flight" Republicans who perhaps exhibit a "tinge" of racism but are embarrassed by the blatant, overt racism they see in Donald Trump's campaign pitch.

There was a serious case of selective amnesia induced by liberal bias on Thursday's CNN Newsroom as host Carol Costello oddly complained about women voters having labels like "soccer moms" and "welfare queens" applied to them while men supposedly escape such labeling. But just barely a week ago on her show, Costello herself asked about "angry white men" supporting Donald Trump.

Univision's María Elena Salinas gives us some more bellicose rhetoric and CNN rehashes an old narrative.

Waiting until shortly after Donald Trump’s Super Tuesday 3 victory speech in Florida, Fox News channel host Megyn Kelly responded indirectly at Trump’s latest Twitter tirade against her by citing how he seems to do that on a near constant basis and later hit back at the billionaire by citing the overwhelming amount of free media coverage he’s amassed. 

For weeknight viewers of the CBS Evening News, they’re treated to consistent helping of puns and cheesy jokes from anchor Scott Pelley on everything from political stories to humorous news briefs and throughout the network’s Super Tuesday 3 special reports, Pelley employed his fair share to knock departed GOP candidate Marco Rubio as Donald Trump racked up more victories.

Many left-wingers still insist that supporters of Donald Trump are conservatives, but Washington Monthly blogger David Atkins finds Trump backers “far less terrifying” than staunch right-wingers. In a Sunday post, Atkins opined that even though Trump’s base voters tend to be mean and “ignorant,” movement conservatives are “more morally objectionable” because they believe in “economic royalism.”…

During his Super Tuesday election speech, Ted Cruz called out the media as Donald Trump surrogates, hitting them for the disparity in coverage given to Trump. Talking to supporters, Cruz denounced, “The mainstream media, the network suits who make the decisions, want Donald Trump as the Republican nominee.” 

Appearing as a panel member for Tuesday's election coverage on CNN, liberal commentator Van Jones went over the top again as he compared GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump to a "strongman" like former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. At about 8:10 p.m. ET, shortly before Marco Rubio announced that he was ending his campaign for President, Jones suggested that Rubio might stay in longer…

Shortly after Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) wrapped up his victory speech, MSNBC's Brian Williams snarked that there was no "media cabal" that's dead set against giving non-Trump primary candidates virtually no air time.
