One thing that remains constant about the “legacy” media’s coverage of Donald Trump remains their willingness to push the dumbest of hoaxes and conspiracy theories in advancement of The Narrative. One of the latest such idiocies: the goofy Crowd Size Hoax.

On Inauguration Day, we are already chronicling the bitter media tears that Donald Trump the 'Fascist Threat to Democracy' is coming in and Joe Biden has to be nice to him. Even last-minute pre-emptive pardons for influence-peddling Biden family members was given a bizarrely positive spin. The poor Biden family has been attacked in "the worst kind of partisan politics."

Nobody was expecting leftwing tv journalists to be anything short of bitter on the day Donald Trump assumed the office of the Presidency for the second time. But for anyone hoping to get a good chuckle out of the CNN and MSNBC panelists’ emotional reactions and tortured analysis, the coverage did not disappoint.
